About
The time we save you will always outweigh what we cost.
That's the promise the whole company is built around — and every engagement is measured against it, in writing, every month.
What we believe
Six rules we don't bend.
ROI is the measure
Every engagement is judged by the return on your investment. If the return isn't there, we shouldn't be there.Measure first, build second
A written baseline before anything is built; a number against every agent from day one.A person signs off anything that matters
Agents draft; humans decide. Always. No new systems
Agents live inside the tools you already use. No migrations, no leap of faith.Reported in hours and pounds
Hours saved × your real hourly cost, baselined at the audit. Every figure is checked by a second pair of hands before you see it.Straight answers
If automation isn't worth your money, we say so — on the call, in the audit, and in the monthly report. The name
Why "Integrate".
The name is the method. We don't replace your systems, your software or your people — we integrate AI into the business you already run. The tools stay, the team stays; the repetitive work goes.
Who we work with
And who we don't.
We work with UK businesses of roughly 2–100 staff that run on repeatable processes — any sector. Most of our clients are meeting the owner across the table, not a procurement department, and most don't have an IT function. That's fine; they don't need one.
We don't quote blind — no price before we've spoken, because the honest number depends on your business. And we don't take on clients where the return wouldn't justify the fee. If that's what the discovery call shows, we'll say so and part as friends.
The record
The company.
Integrate AI Ltd is registered in England & Wales, Company No. 16687917. Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. The business works from Rayleigh, Essex, serving Essex, London and Kent on-site and the rest of the UK by arrangement.
Two founders run it: one designs, builds and runs the systems; the other keeps the numbers honest — ours and yours. You deal with the people who do the work.

Thirty minutes. If an audit makes sense, we'll say so. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
