Who we are
Integrate AI Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16687917). Registered office: 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. We work from Rayleigh, Essex. What we collect and why
When you fill in the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number and anything you write in the message box. We use it to reply to you and, if you ask us to, to arrange a discovery call. Our lawful basis is that this is a necessary step before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
When you visit the site our hosting provider records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you view, to keep the site running and secure. We do not run advertising trackers.
We do not buy, sell or rent personal data.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, screens the contact form for spam and processes what you submit. Cloudflare is based in the United States and transfers data under UK-approved safeguards.
- Resend, which delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox by email, on the same basis.
- Google Workspace, which handles our email.
No one else, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for 12 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the length of our work together and for six years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or give it to you in a portable form. You can also object to our use of it. Email Frazier@integrateaigroup.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This site only sets cookies that are necessary for it to work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top. The version on this page is always the current one.
