Fixed-fee AI audits for UK businesses, on site across Essex, London and Kent Book a discovery call

FAQ

The questions people ask on the first call.

Straight answers, no hedging. If yours isn't here, ask it on a thirty-minute discovery call — that's what it's for.

Cost and commitment

What does an AI audit cost?+

A fixed fee, agreed in writing after the discovery call and before anything is booked. You keep the full report and build plan whether or not you build with us.

Why don't you publish prices?+

Because we don't quote blind. The honest number depends on the size and shape of your business, so we give it after a conversation, not before. What we can promise in advance: the audit fee is fixed, and every build is priced per item so you always choose with the cost and the saving side by side.

How are builds priced?+

From the audit. Each recommended agent is priced individually on the build plan, next to the hours it saves. You pick what to build and in what order — there's no bundle you have to take.

What does the managed service cost?+

A monthly retainer, quoted with your build. It's held to the same rule as everything else we do: the time it saves you should always outweigh what it costs — and the monthly report is where you check that, in hours and pounds.

How it works

What is an AI agent?+

Software with a job description. It watches for work arriving — an enquiry, an unpaid invoice, a job finishing — does the routine part, and passes anything that matters to a person to approve. It lives inside the software you already use.

What kind of work can be automated?+

The rule of thumb: anything done the same way more than ten times a week is a candidate — quoting, invoicing, chasing payments, reminders, inbox triage, reporting, data entry between systems. The audit maps yours and tells you which ones pay.

How quickly do we see results?+

Most first builds are live within weeks of the audit. Your first monthly report shows the hours that came back, against the baseline we measured on audit day.

Do we have to change the software we use?+

No. We integrate with what you already run. Replacing a system is a last resort, and if we ever recommend it we'll show you the numbers behind that recommendation.

How long does a build take?+

Weeks, not months. Agents are assembled from proven components and tested on your real data before anything goes live.

Trust and data

Is our data safe?+

Your data stays in your systems. Nothing leaves your business — no email, message or payment — without a person approving it, and we never share information between clients.

What if the AI makes something up?+

This is exactly why agents draft and humans decide. Anything that matters — a quote, an invoice, a customer email — is approved by a person before it goes anywhere. The agent does the legwork; your team keeps the judgement.

What happens if an automation breaks?+

On a managed plan we monitor every workflow and usually fix issues before you'd notice them. Every build also ships with a plain-English "what to do if it stops" page, so you're never stuck.

Who actually does the work?+

The people you meet. Integrate AI is founder-led — the person who audits your business is the person who designs, builds and monitors your agents. No account managers, no handoffs.

Practical

How big does a business need to be?+

Roughly 2 to 100 staff. Below that there's usually not enough repetition to pay for a build; above that you likely have internal IT who should be in the room. The discovery call settles it either way.

Do we need an IT department?+

No. Most of our clients don't have one. We handle the technical side end to end and hand over documentation written for the people who run the business, not for engineers.

Where do you work?+

On-site across Essex, London and Kent — we're based in Rayleigh. Elsewhere in the UK by arrangement; the audit works best in person, everything after it runs remotely anyway.

What happens on the discovery call?+

Thirty minutes: where your business is losing time, what an hour of it costs, and a straight answer on whether an audit makes sense. If it doesn't, we'll say that too.

What if there's nothing worth automating?+

Then you'll hear it from us first — on the call if we can see it coming, or in the audit report with the numbers that show why. We'd rather lose a job than write a plan we don't believe.

Do you build chatbots?+

When they genuinely pay their way, yes — on the same measured, reported terms as everything else. But we'll never lead with one; the audit decides what's worth building.

Thirty minutes. If an audit makes sense, we'll say so. If it doesn't, we'll tell you that too.
